Try running a search for "450 heater"...you'll find a whole bunch of "how to" and "works for me" threads on homemade heaters for lubrisizers. In my case, I made an oversize mounting plate for my Lyman 450s from a piece of scrap 1/2 aluminum plate and use a garage-sale travel iron ($3) for a heat source.

I got one of these, http://www.midwayusa.com/product/182761/lyman-lubricator-heater-115-volt it works real well, but keep an eye on the heat as it is not regulated. Just unplug it for a while.

A hair bow drier will work in a pinch and it won't take as much as you think. Also a metal plate mounted under the luber and a cloths iron placed on that will work also.
