yes!
I tried one but didn't size them as they fell out at .312 (my bore) I just hand lubed, stuck a GC on with my .311 sizer and loaded them. 18 grains of 2400 gave me a 2" group at 50 yards. Shows some promise. I need to go to work and get a proper size die and adjust the load a bit.
Makes water bottles spray like crazy.

My MN 91/30 doesn't seem to like the 185 gr. Lee very much...but I haven't put a lot of effort into it, either 'cause the Lee 312-155 (beagled to drop .316 and sized to .315) shoots 'bout as well as I can hold with the military sights. The 312-185 is a bore-rider and, in my case, the nose is slightly undersized for my barrel. IMO, you definitely need to slug your bore, measure the boolits from your mould, and go from there.

One of these days, when I get around to it, I'll probably pick up another Lee 312-185 and rework it specifically for my MN...but, it the mean time, I'll continue to load the 155 grainer.

I use it in my fat bore M38. My mold is lapped oversize and beagled. Drops them at .317, and I size at .315. Here's a recent target. My Mosin tends to verticle string these.

Works very well in both my M91 and M38 at .314 over 18-20 gr of 2400. Both shoot better than I can with issue sights.
