Can't Attach Pictures

In the past, when I've offered items for sale, I've been able to attach pictures. Yesterday and this morining, I tried to attach a picture of some fishing lures that I want to sell, but I keep getting a download failed notice. Is the site having a problem, or is the problem on my end?

take a look at the file size, I have to shrink them a bit to get mine to post
