Dillon 450/AT500/BL550 Powder Dies

What is the difference?
I have a BL550 powder die which allows me to use a funnel on top along with a Dillon powder funnel held by a set screw for pouring measured powder in. Could I purchase this and use the same die?

Yes. But... I may work perfectly, but there is also a chance the lip inside the powder die, where the funnel rests, will allow powder to collect. Everything else is the same. Try it and see. If it collects powder, a little die grinding would probably fix it quick enough.
