What kind of Herter's die is this?

I cannot make out the sticker on the side. Looks as though it may be for?????? Heck I do not know. Never seen one that looks like this before.

Oh. Fits over my .308 brass just about right. Stem meassures .301 in diamter. I do not use military brass. Worth maybe 10 bucks would you say?

it will work with watever case will fit in the die and have the die long enough to push the part that goes in the ram to open teh crimp on the primer pocket. You might measure the primer pocket side punch to see if it is for small or large pockets.
