I bought this Ruger 357 max from 45nut and wow do I like it. I'm planning on shooting 180 gr cast in it.

Nice toy, and in thee best caliber ever invented...nice, can i borrow it for say 30-40 years?... now you gotta get some LilGun, and Vhit n-120 to go with them 180 grainers.....

Been doing really good with H-4227 in my 357 max tenders. Got a bunch of it.

h4227 works good for me too....shame on me...I forgot it....bad mike, bad

I use h4227 for my hunting loads, and lilgun, n-120 to push things a bit on our range for long distance infomal gongin....

That one was just about the most accurate revolver I ever owned, sadly I sold it to buy a DW because they were all the rage back then. Biggest piece of crap I ever spent money on.
My ruger also loved 4227. I took it to a silhouette shoot just to get sight settings and wound up with a 39 just by guessing each setting and refining it on the steel.
I sure wish I still had it.

Maybe we ought to get a LEO to do a drive by and see if Mr. Nut is still with us.

Personally, I don't think anyone in their right mind would have sold that. :grin:

I always banged my knuckel on that square back trigger guard. I was ready to put a round trigger guard frame on mine but traded it in instead. I still regret that. It was a great pistol for me otherwise.
