Bertus, the Lyman #2 does not exist. There was an Ideal, fore-runner of Lyman, #2 made around 1900. It was a very large, heavy tool marketed towards high volumn loaders. It is as rare as hens teeth today.
The Ideal/Lyman #1 was made until 1947 and is common today. Is this the lube sizer you have?

Bertus,

If you have a Ideal #1, almost all of it's screws are 10 x 36, not 10 x 32. Thirty two is National Fine today, the thirty six almost doesn't exist. These guys: http://www.victornet.com/subdepartments/Special-Pitch-Taps-up-to-1/2-inch/1260.html will sometimes have the thirty six tap and dies. Good prices too.

Oh boy, now you're making me reach. I could easily be wrong but I think that that set screw is a 1/4 x 20, which is still standard today and easy to find.

Oh, I didn't even notice your location. I don't think there's much in the metric world close to 1/4 x20. Sorry.
