I just picked one of these up.

It's the "Grafs brand" of the wheeler torque screwdriver. A few bucks cheaper than Midway.
I always used a regular inch pound torque wrench before and found that getting things uniformly tight, especially scope rings on handguns, helped to keep things from slipping and kept me from going too far and breaking stuff. But the torque wrench was much more difficult to use with a gun in one hand and big wrench in the other.
My only complaint is that the calibrations go in 10inlb incriments. But I figured out that I can count the handle locking positions between the marks and a little math will get me the "tweeners".
