quad custom radio mount [Archive]

made from 2 in ABS pipe. mould about 1/2 bigger than the radio for the foam rubber

i,m making 4 of theses, oven, 300deg f, on convection, about 7 min until the edges
start to curl and sagging baddly, work fast as u only have seconds before its hard again.

i have 10 pics to post but after 2 my puter locks up????
any how this is what the finnished moubt looks like. i used 1/2 in hose
and cro-mo tubing for the AV mouting. it works awsome , i just lean forward
to talk .
