I just got another hammer bullet puller from RCBS under warrenty.
FREE!!!!
I don't know how they do it, but I'm so glad they do.
This is my third one from them.
Feel kind of bad geting three free replacements, so next time I make an order, I'll pay for another one.
Wish all companies would do business like RCBS.

They probably won't let you pay. I've insisted on it (almost argued) if I felt it was my fault, but nope, the still ship me a replacement at their expense.

Brother, that's a warranty!

Why/how in the world have you needed to get four impact bullet pullers?

1hole. I asked a friend of mine the same question. Turns out he was beating the hammer on his concrete floor!Robert

First one I was hitting it on a concrete block. Didn't read the instructions.
Bottom split.
This one lasted the longest. About 10 years.
Next one hammered on a wood block.
I noticed a big bubble on the bottom casting. Broke at the bubble.
Lasted about two years.
Last one also hammered on a wood block.
Top broke off at the threads.
Lasted about two years.
If I remember correctly the newer ones are not a green as the old ones.
Maybe not made as well as before????
I'll still buy another one, just for a spare.

Wow I've had my old green one since around'75?'76?. But it is still going strong altho I try not to need it very often. I've always used it on concreat or steer, read anvil or press, never seen anything tougher. Still have the card board box it came in that's where I put it when I'm done with it. Dennis

I use a 18"X 30" piece of tree trunk that I am too lazy to split for my impact puller works great.

I just got off the phone to them as I broke the decapping pin an my .243 Win dies, I spoke to a very nice lady who just wanted my name/address for the pins and a new rod. I told her I had my debit card handy and she said no need they are under warranty and wouldn't let me pay. A very good company and excellent products. My hammer is going strong after 30 plus years.
