I have the opportunity to buy out 1000 pounds of cast type. This is for the old style press and is, "Harder than Linotype". If anyone is interested send me a PM as I won't need a full 1/2ton. The proposed cost is .40 a pound, but the last time I dealt with the fello i came home with about double my moneys worth.

All right i will deal for the whole shebang. Bear in mind that this is not ingots this is type and is just as it was used to print newspapers so i don't know how much an 8.10 box will hold. I will post agan when I get it all home, I would guess in a month or so when it gets warm enough to haul it out of the print shop and home.
