When you say large bottle are you talking replacing 1lb bottle with 20lb or 20 pounder with 100 pounder? Or just going to the bulk tank?
A twenty pounder is the size on most gas grills.

I will assume you are going to have something like a 300 gallon tank put in the yard, you would need to change the inlet to the regulator to something that will interface with the copper tubing the gas company will install. Home Depot has the parts, Lowes may, last time I was at my local Lowes looking for propane parts they had almost nothing. You may need a couple of adapters to get from the pipe thread into the regulator to the AN flared fitting the gas company will provide. You may want to go to a 100lb tank after you price the 300 gallon one, my local propane company wanted $479 for a year on a 200 gallon one, that included 1 fill up and I did not own the tank, just leasing it. If you have the new style connector on your turkey fryer you will need to convert it to the old style to work with a 100lb tank. Tractor supply had the 100 lb tanks for $129.95 last time I looked,

Just thought of this, the big yard tanks have a regulator already at the tank, the gas out of the pipe is already at a pressure you can use for the turkey fryer, just buy a hose that has the copper/brass fitting at one end and the fryer connector at the other. Tractor Supply, Home Depot, and the local gas company should have what you need.
