I finnaly got around to taking my $80 spanish to the range I picked it up from my favorite gun store a cople of months ago. All metal in the white and semi finished stock. The new barrel had been installed short chamberd and never finish reamed , so I think it had never neen fired. I wears a Japan Tasco 3x9x40 and a genuine Buller low scope saftey. Also has hinged floorplate with a side relese in the trigger gaurd.
After reaming the chamber for proper headspace and rust bluing the barred action, I finished the stock with B C Truoil. The bolt handle had not been modified for proper scope clearnce so off it came a n I Tig welded one on I had made prior but hadnt found a home for yet.
