All of the BS was worth it. It shoots like a laser with 2 loads I tried and obviously has power to spare for any huntin I might do.
I'll post pics of the groups later, but the two loads were as follows:
400gr LEE cast of WDWW with LBT Blue soft sized .476" over 26gr of H110 sparked with CCI 350 primers in Hornady brass loaded with Hornady dies.
And
44man's 420gr he sent me with Felix lube over 26gr of 296 with a Federal 155 primer.
Range conditions weren't perfect, and my target a bare paperplat to center the Ultradot on.
I pulled one shot on both groups, but the other 4 shots were very close together. The Best 4 from the Lee measured .9" and best 4 of 44man's measured 1.1", so all things considered I'd call it a tie at this point and definitely worthy of further experimentation!
Thank you for everything Jim!
And eventhough at times I thought MR couldn't hit their a$$ with both hands, they can apparently build one heck of a revolver (eventually)!
Oh, and NO leading AT ALL! With both loads.
