Hope to process 300-400 lbs. of range lead.....beautiful day for it in new england!
3 five gallon buckets from last winter from the indoor range–a lot of fiber backing board mixed in, kind of a PIA...I've also got 100 lbs. of roofing lead and maybe 150 lbs. of random bullets I've mined. I'll follow up with a few pics.

Looking forward to seeing the pictures Boolseye.
I have about 3 buckets of wheel weights that I should be doing myself.
Just don't feel like it though.

Fiber backing = flux
I too have about 450 lbs to process, just not finding the time.

I netted 220-250 lbs. I'm tired. screens were for separating out as much lead as I could from the backing board. I was left with a fine powder that has a lot of lead in it–I'll probably smelt it in a separate operation.

Good job.
I've got to get mine done before long. Maybe next weekend...

Nice job of smelting, but you still need to learn to rotate your picture. :kidding: Dennis

Make sure you keep all your copper jackets left over from smelting so you can scrap them. I walked away with $315 after my last range scrap smelting session.
