Wonder if he could post a few more digitals? I think there was a smal portion of the box missing.

It is a JT with Bisley parts, which is interesting.

This character has been trying to sell that gun for a while. I can't help but wonder if he dropped the description that he might not sell it faster.
The description claims the grips where installed at the factory. I find that hard to believe. Unless they have changed their policy.

I can assure you that didn't happen!

I started to post this on the local MS gun forum, but I figure he may be a member there and I'd end up stirring a stink. Take a look at some of the other listings :)

Well, it's better than "For sale, .45-70 revolver, fired twice."
Dan
Yup, no doubt about it. Ol George L Herter is alive and well. Right down to that "purdy" red bow !!!!!

despite the seller being a moron it is a very nice looking gun and with the bisley grip frame, hammer and trigger I wouldn't mind owning but I'm pretty sure he would not accept what I could offer

Oh my god... Kinda reminds me of the guy on Taxi Driver, "$2000...$2500 with the pink slip"...
Somewhere out there, there is a used car lot missing it's salesman........

This guy sounds like he writes for those gossip rag papers they sell at grocery stores! I actually had to stop reading his B.S. about half-way thru due my getting a headache from all the adjectives and verbs being used! I can believe he only fired it 6 times, most limp wristed writers like him can`t do that much!Robert

He reminds me of the guy who used to write all the descriptions in the Sportsmans Guide.

Gosh! After all these years I find out the one I had in 50-70 was not the ultimate one-hand cannon...

I agree a hundred percent with you. This guy must be a action writer wannabe.
