Has anybody tried this mold through their hi power? I wanted to purchase the 6 cavity mold version for my Hi Power. I will like the traditional Lube Groove better and i also preffer the round nose design for better feeding in a semi auto pistol. Would you reccomend it?

most of the posts asking about leading etc in the 9mm [and the 45 too] are usually with the lee lumble lube design.
if it pours to the correct diameter holds enough lube and has a good square base, you can usually change other variables [lube, velocity, powder burn rate, alloy and crimp...] and get the boolit to shoot well.

I've got and I like it. So much in fact that after fifty test rounds, I cast another 1,800 or so. They drop at close to .358" (some few did drop at .356" but not after the mold was fully heated) and require no sizing for all my guns; I lube with a very thin film of LLA followed by a dusting of Motor Mica. For me they are quite accurate.

my current load is 5.5 grains Power Pistol. A patch dampened with rubbing alcohol revealed a clean, shiny bore after the fifty test rounds.

I've got that mould in a six cavity version. It works well in everything i've tried it in and is extremely easy to cast good boolets with. Mine casts .358, I size to .357 and lube with BAC.

We have this mold in a two cavity and use it for our Hi-Power, OK results with it. TL356-124-2R just works great for us.

BHP'S are known to prefer bullets sized to .357.
