Top is a H&R 22 Special 6" barrel in 22 LR, Middle is a H&R 826 3" barrel in 22 mag, Bottom is a H&R 929 with a 2.5" barrel in 22 LR. I just keep finding these little gems. The 22 Special was in Cabela's in Lacey so I had it shipped to the Springfield store so I could buy it. Now to shoot them.

I had one of those 2 1/2" 929s Handy little devil, but I think the only think I ever shot with it was mice with birdshot. The place I was living was nothing if not infested with mice.

I'd like to get a 999 some day. They used to be available everywhere for $40-75.00. Those days are looooong gone!

Nice H&R revolvers!
I've been shooting a H&R 999 Sportsman since 1977 and really enjoy it for rabbit and squirrel hunting.

I don't know why, but a break open 22 really blows my skirt up!
