CRANBERRY MEATBALLS

2 POUNDS GROUND [CHUCK] BEEF
1 CUP CORN FLAKE CRUMBS
1/3 CUP DRY PARSLEY
2 EGGS
2 TABLESPOONS SOY SAUCE
1/4 TEASPOON PEPPER
1/2 TEASPOON GARLIC POWDER1/3 CUP CATSUP
2 TABLESPOONS MINCED ONION
1/3 CUP CATSUP
MIX TOGETHER AND MAKE INTO 1 INCH MEATBALLS
ARRANGE IN 9X13 SINGLE LAYER BAKING DISH

SAUCE

1 #1 CAN CRANBERRY SAUCE [ 16 OZ. ]---JELLIED
12 0Z. CHILI SAUCE
2 TABLESPOONS BROWN SUGAR
2 TABLESPOONS LEMON JUICE

MIX TOGETHER AND POUR OVER MEATBALLS
BAKE UNCOVERED 45 MINUTES TO 1 HOUR AT 350 DEGREES
NO NEED TO BROWN MEATBALLS
CAN BE FROZEN.

I generally just get the precooked frozen meatballs!
