I've read a lot of threads pertaining to the Lee slug. Most are slug reloading 101. I may have gotten to 102. The threads I have read are about successes, failures, and problems. I haven't noticed any actual real true terminal performance post on the Lee slug. So I ask, casting the Lee slug out of Pb to WW and pushing it above 1200 fps with the average of 1500 fps, what real terminal performance on deer is to be expected. Taking in account of large deer, raking shots, range, tracking, tissue damage, penetration, dropped on the spot, etc., etc., etc., how does it perform?
