Went up to my dad's farm yesterday. had to cut an 18" elm tree out of a combine that has been sitting for the last 15 years. Stuck a chainsaw in the tree and my nephew had to run to town to get another one. While he was gone, I unlimbered my encore in 280 and proceeded to run some of the RCBS 145gr bore riders backed by 21gr of sr4759. I was able to hold minute of hedgeball from sitting at 75 yards and the same at 50yards from standing. I'll shoot the last 20 I have loaded then switch to jacketed for deer season.

Also shot the RIA 1911. I put on houge rubber grips on it and it seems to be shooting better for me. I am using the lyman 452460 and the RCBS 45-230 rn molds.

By the way, managed to get the tree cut off at the stump leaving about a 4ft section grown into the combine.

That's one way to keep people from stealing your equipment.

That's a shameful way to treat a combine. Of sourse what had velue for some has no value to others. Cest la vive, or how ever you spell it.

If you get 4 front combine tires and wheels, you can use them to build a Monster Truck!:bigsmyl2:
