Price check on RCBS / propane smelter [Archive]

Any idea what something like this would be worth? I found 2, new in boxes with instructions. I checked the web, but can find nothing on these units.

That's a wild looking unit! It's not really for smelting (melting down wheel weights, etc.), but rather for actual boolit casting. While I use an electric bottom pour pot, something like this would be nice to have around, so if need be, you can cast with a bottom pour pot, even without being near electricity!

You don't really want to use any bottom pour pot for smelting (unless it's designed for doing that), as the pour spout can clog from the crud that comes with melting down scrap lead.
