New sourceof GC Material

While looking around I noticed that spray paint cans,carborator cleaner ,shaving cream etc. with the symbol AL on the can be used for GC´s.
I cut open a empty shaving cream can and it turned out to be .0135 made about 80 checks out of it and they came out perfect.

I have been experimenting with the side walls from shaving foam/deod cans and the material forms beautifully but shoots terribly. I believe it to be too soft.

Yes , they got held up with german customs. Work great and I´m having a ball trying all sorts of Aluminium.

Another good source is the Al foil around the next of screw cap wine bottles. It measures about 0.010". A good excuse to drink wine! ;)
