Lee Boolit Designer?

Anybody know who designed the standard Lee boolits? Did Richard Lee do them, or an employee?

Just curious. It seems to be widely known by whom most of the old Ideal/Lyman boolits were designed.

There are individuals that have also. I believe Dale53 designed the 310 grainer in 44 cal. There may be some others.
