I heard that there is a conversion cyclinder to cartridge for my .44 1861 Army cap and ball pistol. Its makers stamp is F. LLIPIETTA . Where is the best place to find this conversion pricewise.

You must have and 1860 army pistol because the 1861 model is a Navy pistol in 36 caliber. Regardless, the conversion cylinders are available through Midway.

opps sorry your right 1860, I also have the navy. sometimes it let yelling at the kids yell the wrong name then say who ever you are.
