M2 carbine price check

Hi Folks, locally(nz ther is an M@ carbine for sale(over here its no problem to own if full auto components are removed) its in awful condition with deep pitting and rust, he was asking 800 nzd, what do you think its worth?

It's worth half a nice condition M1. Check some of the NZ gun traders. I've seen M1's going cheaper.

the auction has closed with no bids, i have offered him $450, over here M1s go for 800 to 1500+ depending on type and condition, there is also 2 catagories of semi auto rifles, one type is restricted to 7 round mags, the other is what ever you can fit into it. this one is restricted to 7 rounds. i will see if he takes my offer?

What is the bore/chamber like? If like the outside, I'd sure pass on it regardless of the price.
