Pretty much how I do it.... takes me a bit longer but I'm usually cutting meat off the bone in 10-15 minutes. It's a much cleaner method than gutting in the field and dragging...... way cleaner if you shoot them in the head because the chest cavity isn't full of blood.

That guy has done this a few times before. Looks like a guy who knows his way around a skin and knife. I could use that method all day long and it still would take 15 to 20 minutes.
I will stick to old field dress, hang, take to locker for butcher. Works well for me and I know what I am doing, up to that point.

That was fast and clean! He has done a few of those. Looked like he had another one waiting on him.
I would love to see him de-bone one.

When I drop (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v323/hobbles/huntin/d-c.jpg) one I will load (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v323/hobbles/huntin/d-b.jpg) it up and move it bout 1/2 mile from my blind to gut it out. That way the smell ain't near the blind. Then take it back to the habitat (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v323/hobbles/huntin/d-8.jpg) and hang (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v323/hobbles/huntin/d-10.jpg) it up to skin it. But I darn sure ain't as fast (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v323/hobbles/huntin/d-11.jpg)!!

They use a Box cutter and a carpet cutter blade and a hatchet for the pelvis. Fast and safer than a long hunting knife. :)

Very impresive ! Now let's see him try that on a 200 lb whitetail that was shot when it is -40 with a wind and an hour drive to get to the shop ! It always makes it more fun when the hide comes off in 1" wide strips !!!
