Is anyone using KIK powder? If so how does it compare to goex? How is fouling? I wonder because I read good things on the internet about it but don't know anyone personally who uses it.

Hi Andy,

I'm very pleased with Diamondback black powder, at $10 per pound. I've shot many pounds of it and intend to continue buying it.

I've heard others say good things about KIK, but I've never even seen any.

Take care, Tom

The guys over on the BP Cartridge forum seem to like it. I am definitely going to give it a try when my last case of Swiss is gone. For my front stuffer I'm planning on using my homemade if the consistency is there.

I've been shooting it for a couple of months now. It's great stuff! Darn near as powerful as Swiss, fouls barely any more, and half the price. Can't go wrong!

I bought some . . .

It's all I ever shot . . . so I can't compare it to goex, but I would buy more, course it takes awhile to burn up 25 pounds in a .36![smilie=l:

I'm looking for another test I recall seeing . . .

Here is one, but not the one I really wanted . . .
http://www.norwestcompany.com/comparison.htm

This is what I had in mind, both are a good read!

What was the price delivered?
Unless you live on a range that ought be life time supply in a .36.
