Now that I have a group buy mold for my 32-20 Marlin CL, what are some good powders to send these 120 grain pills downrange?

I have been using 5.0 grains of Unique for some mild loads for my non gas checked Lyman 115 grain flat noze bullets.

Yeap, that'll work.

I run a Martini rimfire conversion to .32-20 with a suppressor and load a 115gr FN over 3.4gr of Unique for 980fps. Real quite through the silener. Legal here in NZ you see.

For flat out with a GC bullet I run 15gr of AR2205/H4227 for the thick end of 2000fps with a Lyman 331316 in heat treated WW.

Goes well for me when my wife allows me to use it......

One of my favorite loads is three point two of Bullseye and a hundred fifteen grain lead slug .

5gr/Unique isn't mild.....it's approaching max with that powder, and about 1400fps....my B53 LOVES the 3.2gr/Bullseye....I've been playing with RL7 lately, getting ballpark 1400fps with 12grs, and a guesstimate 1500fps with 13grs, brass/primer in the 12gr load looks about the same as the Bullseye 3.2gr load, while the 13gr load looks just a bit more stressfull by flattening the primers out a bit more....but nothing like 1400fps do using 5gr/Unique or 9gr/2400....the above charges all with 115grRNFP....

edited in:.......there I was, reading and rereading this thread for the load info I KNEW I'd posted earlier, and not finding it, reposted some of it here...wondered if my post had been deleted for some reason, but no PM about it......then I checked the senor's other post about .32-20 throat size.............duh.....sorry for the mostly rehash....
