Lyman 452374

I want to know if there will be an interest in this bullet but the nose profile/design will have to be revised.

I have a 4cav mold, but I don't like the nose profile, its too pointed for me, maybe somebody who are more knowledgeable can provide a much better design/drawing. Lyman says that this is a copy of 45Hardball, but I don't think so, its too pointed!

Besides, having this bullet in HP form will be great!

Or does NOE, MIHEC and others have already produced this bullet and already in catalog?

The following is a picture of the Lyman452374 useing Lymans own dimensions for everything except the lube groove. I have a couple with slight nose differences.....they shoot quite well. The only try at this was a Lee GB in which Lee DID NOT come close to cutting the nose correctly.

I just wish the mold that I got will resemble, even a little, like the standard hardball! Mine is too pointed and too long!
