I have aquired a 1970 Triner postal scale, last recalibration date seems to be 1971.If I remember right they still used these until about 4 or 5 years ago. It was given to me by the Station Manager. Now, I can't get the beam to balance to the "tickie mark". So if there are any clerks out there who remember, please help.Or any one else for that matter. There are no clerks in my office who are old enough to know these.(found it in a closet). The screw at the end of the beam does't make a difference in movement. Is it the screw underneath(with locking nut)?
