Dug out my old 311413 bullet mold and cast 55 of these.
I haven't used this mold in 50 years---going to be fun again!!

Let us know how it works out. I have the same mold and use it for plinkers. Could never get good accuracy at faster speeds.

Looking back on my old notes, 18.5 gr. 4759 was one of my all time best loads in the 30-06 with the 311413.

yer this design doesn't like to be "hot rodded" ,,, around 1600 is max for me and it does pretty good anything faster is a **** shoot so to speak .
oh and good morning . please save a minute or two to reflect on the past ,,today

I have had good results over 16 gr 2400 in my Swiss 7.5x55.

I borrowed the same mould from dieguy59 the other day , fired up the pot and suddenly realised how nice it is to have 5 cavity moulds !!! Pouring em' one at a time gets old pretty fast .
