They make really beautiful pistols. Congratulations!

Very nice !

Did you order the engraving, or did you happen upon the gun? At any rate, what is that engraving called, or what percentage coverage is it?

Very nice pistol !

Very nice.

I got it from CDNN sports. It's a Doug Turnbull Custom. They had this model which is the lowest grade with 25, 50 and 70% engraving on their other offerings. I checked into it to see how much it cost with other USFA dealers and this was 300 less. So I had to jump on it. Glad you like her. She sure is purty huh!!!

Looks like a Turnbull assembled version due to the cylinder engraving.

Is it possible to order firearms from CDNN sports if you are not an FFL, and have them sent to your FFL - Or is it wholsale only?

I have an ffl and I just ordered it and they sent it to him.

That's more than just a revolver--it's a piece of artwork. I would be very proud to own such an arm.

I agree. The picture and my ability to take them don't do it justice. It is most purty.

I was looking at those in magazines, my wife asked me I liked them. I assured her they meant nothing to me. Then a few days later my wife walked into the house and caught me on the couch with one. I hadn't even taken the price tag off yet.

Your engraved .44 Special is much nicer.

If you would not mind another inquiry - Is the engraving the same over each chamber on the side of the cylinder? Thanks very much

What you see between each flute and at the end of each flute is the pattern on the entire cylinder.

Beautiful pistol. That revover has the same allure to me now as it did when I was a boy in Malone Theater watching Roy and Hoppy use them to plug the bad guys out to steal the young lady's ranch. I Have owned several over the years but sadly I only have one left.

Isn't it funny how steel and wood make us wistful, contemplative and just down right happy. I remember when.... is all it takes and our memories take us back to a happier time one in which we can live for a little while when we shoot the guns of our heros.

I wish I could afford the target version in that caliber and barrel length.
