I'm looking for a top punch that will work with a Lyman 450 for a Lee Mold.
The mold is the 401-175-TC mould. I have one that fits the nose perfectly, but it's for a 44 Mag, and it wont go down into the .401 sizing die :(

I know other people must be doing this.
It would be great to have a chart of what Lyman, and RCBS top punches will fit the Lee moulds. Does anyone else have a cross over chart for different boolits?

thanks

Is the boolit getting sized on the driving bands? And getting lube in the grooves? Then it doesn't need to go deeper.

Multi-brand cross interchange chart? Sure would be handy, I know I've bought a punch only to find out it was same or close to what I already had.

One thousand 40 caliber boolits is a good start. Marie could undo/unload that lot in about 3 hours' time, so I am sort of a galley slave at the Lyman 450 for her shooting excesses. It could be worse, I suppose. 3 hours at South Coast Plaza costs a LOT more than 3 hours ringing dinger plates.
