Now that NOE has run 44 and 45 black powder bullets that work INCREDIBLY well, what about a 32 version for us 32-20 shooters? 100-115 gr., nice aerodynamic nose, and big lube groove. Pretty much a scaled down version of the 44 one they just did.

Yes. Heavier is better.

I thought this would stir a bit more interest.

.32's just aren't that popular, I rarely sell any. I have the Big Lube .32 bullet and get maybe 3 calls a year for some of them.

I have that mould too, and that is why I want one that is heavier with a longer nose. The little big lube bullet isn't very accurate past CAS ranges. #3118 is awesome for accuracy but fouls out in rifle barrels pretty fast.

Don't know the weight range suitable for the .32-20, but my .32-40 loves the NOE 326407 (192 gr). Perhaps a shortened version of the Loverin would be right for you. Love those Loverins. Very same boolit is best in my 8mm Mauser, as well.

A few years ago we had a GB here, basically a 3118 with the middle band removed for more lube capacity. Works OK with BP in a rifle.

Yep, that's what I had in mind. I wonder if there are any of those moulds floating around, or if there would be enough interest to do another run of them?

I'm not sure if this will do the trick for you, but this GB Discussion may be something you will want to keep your eye on.

Nobade,

If you can't get up enough interest for a group buy, you could just buy some of the bullets from Springfield.

I might be interested if it's 115 grain FN with a crimp groove.
