'Evening,

My brother has a Cimarron 1878 Coach Gun replica with dual hammers - essentially percussion locks. The right lock wasn't functioning properly so I took a look, and sure enough the sear spring is busted. I'll be contacting Cimarron, but in the mean time I was curious if anyone has links to a site selling lock parts. My usual haunts only sell complete locks. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Dixie Gun Works has lots of parts. I would think a sear spring would be pretty generic. One would be fairly easy to make. If you can't find one send me the broken one and I'll make you one.

ToW doesn't sell much in the way of lock parts. I hadn't thought of Dixie Gun Works. Cimarron is sending me a replacement, but given the age of the gun and it's limited use, I'm still gonna try and replace all the springs. Thanks for the help.
