Emailing them is a Joke. You get more info for the 2 minutes on the phone then the 3 days it takes to get an email.

I just sent back a press and a 45-70 crimp die for repairs, emailing wasnt getting my questions anwsered so I called them. Took a week to get my crimp die and a new frame for my C press, very happy with the service though.
