Are you talking about a collet die? It only sizes the neck portion and is available from Lee. There is also a collet die to size the web portion of belted cases, can't remember the maker at the moment. These are the only dies I am aware of that sizes "from the side". Dale

Magma makes one for some pistol cartridges that are supposed to return the case to orginal specs. Is that what you are looking for?
