I use a 311299 over 34gr 4895 in my Garand. Just enough to cycle the action reliably, and knock down the Rams @ 200 yard silhouette.

29gr AA5744 under the Saeco #301 reliably knocks over rams at 500 meters.

Look in the 28-31gr range with H322.

Nice shooting Ben. Thanks everyone for the info. The powder I have on hand is Reloder 7. I've been using 24 gr. with a 180 gr. cast bullet for about 1800 fps. Reasonably accuracy. Not like what Ben gets. I'd like to get data for Reloder 7. Save buying another powder. Thanks again.

Many years I use the Lee 200 grs with gascheck in my 30-06.Parker Hale
I use Accurate no. 9. 22grs with dacron filler.
70% lead , 30% lino. waterdropped.
Its works exelent. 1.5 -2 inch group .
