Well I suppose sometimes guns also help us find the people that shouldn't have drivers licences...

"Charges are pending"? The only thing he is guilty of is stupidity. Unless they also charge him with discharging a weapon within the city limits.

That and they found marijuana and drug paraphernalia in his vehicle. Not saying that it was his but it was in the vehicle with him.
