H and R/ Marlin bought out by Remingtion

H and R / Marlin bought out by Remingtion Arms. Went down to the gun shop today (havent been there in a while). Noticed no new Marlins or H and R's asked why. He told me about the buy out and everything is getting moved. Thats why he has no luck getting new products into his shop.

Musta been quite awhile, since the acquisition (sp?) occurred more than a few years ago.
