Just had to post a note here about Tom at Accurate Moulds. I ordered my mould the third week of July and it was in my mailbox here in Canada in three weeks, cut, wrapped and shipped to received in three weeks is outstanding!!!

I have a 35 Whelen so I ordered a four cavity 359 with two different bullets to cast.

1st - a 235 grn GC flat point that should be a great round in my 1 in 12 twist Krieger
barrel

2nd - a heavier 270 grn GC Flat point that should put a thumping on a grizzly or elk so
numerous in my area.

As I have just about all my new casting equipment in order, I should be hopefully casting in a couple of weeks.

Here are some pics for you to enjoy in the meantime.

Just received my second one from him a .383 for my 1894 38-55. Likely the only molds I'll buy from now on.

I just order a 3 hole brass mold from them for my Ruger blackhawk .41 mag. I like the idea that you can order the style you want and then request the dia. you want it to throw with your paticular casting alloy. Now next week I will go to the local gun store and order the .41 mag blackhawk. Talk about putting the cart before the horse.

That's the beauty of it you can get what you want, not what someone thinks you need. And no minimum order.

That isn't a mold...........That's coffee table art!

As soon as I figure out what I want for a mold for my Winchester 1885, I'm having him make me some jewelry.........

I have bought so many of Toms' molds I have had to sell some to make more room
trouble is I need a new cabinet cause I just can't stay away from his site and buy a mold or two when I don't really need to.....Is there a problem ?????
I just got done working with a b/p mold in 54 cal well ..that is the cats whiskers and his 12 ga.shotgun molds are excellent as well

Well my Accurate 3 banger brass mold arrived today one week after ordering it. I requested the 41-220K for use in a Ruger blackhawk 41 mag revolver. I also requested that it drop a 220 gr. bullet using wheelweight alloy and a .413 dia.
I cleaned it up with Dawn detergent and applied Bullshop lube to the needed areas and preheated it on my lab type hot plate. Dropped perfect bullets from the get go. No hangup up the bullets in the mold, most dropped free or a very light tap required on the handle hinge pin.

Miked the bullets and they measured .4135 from all three cavities and I weighted 5 bullets at random. Low was 220 gr. and high was 220.5 grains.

I could not be more pleased with this mold as it is perfect on what I requested and the workmanship is excellant top of the line work. Anyone out there looking for a good mold for their 41 mag. should take a close look at this 41-220K. I can not wait until I can get some ammo loaded and start doing some target work for a high end velocity hunting load for the Blackhawk and a accurate lower velocity plinking load.
