M1 Carbine primer

I use small rifle primers in my M1.
Cast boolets with Blue dot powder.
Has anyone tried small pistol primers?????

Yes, I used them in my Carbine. The carbine works a magnum pistol pressures and would probably work better with your B'dot.

I haven't yet but plan to next time I load for 30c. A friend that's been loading almost as long as I've been alive, told me it works better.

The last time I loaded carbine ammo I used I didn't even think of blue dot . Perhaps I should give it a try and work into that supply instead of my little stash of 2400 . Come to think of it , I didn't see blue dot in the loading books , where do you start with that stuff ? I think I have pistol primers regular and magnum to use along with small rifle primers as needed .
