Gentlemen,
In addition to using IMR-7383 in the Swiss K-31, I'd also like to try it in my M44. Should I use IMR-4350 starting data in a case of this size?
Specifically, I'm thinking of trying 48.0 grs behind a 180gr Jword bullet. I loaded a couple of rounds of this combo (which is at or below starting load for 4350 depending on book) and the powder is right to the base of the bullet, but not compressed.
Thoughts?
