Lee C309-150-F 30

Have any of you used this boolit in a semi-auto 30-06 before? I am looking to use it in my remington 742.
Any advice on a good powder charge for reliable shooting in a semi-auto? (I like IMR powders for my bolt guns.)

I wanted a Lyman 311440--what a dreamer I am---bought a Lee 90366 C309-150-F....tried it in my Rem 700 .30-06 w/ 15.0 grains of Unique---gives me just over 1,700 FPS MV and is very accurate... I make Freechex Gas Checks that fit on the GC shank very nicely...
