which WGRS fits the Rossi break action CF rifles?

I've got one in 308.

has anyone found the model?

I've read where someone said the Contender one fits, but which one, there are two.

I'm not sure if this will help you but the Rossi scope mount hole pattern allows the use of the Contender mount base. I'm guessing if the WGRS fits the Contender it will fit the Rossi as the hole spacing and pattern is the same.

I think the original Contender. I had a Rossi single shot .357 about 5 or 6 yrs back and went to Dicks and purchased a Weaver base for the Contender because someone at the time said that's what it took. It fit perfecly. Sorry I can't be more help.
