Who to re-barrel?

I have a Siamese Mauser action and I want to re-barrel it to .303/25 or .303/22. I happen to have a **** load of .303 British brass.

I have a Siamese Mauser in 45/70 which boarders on the bizarre to shoot.

Any idea who can barrel and chamber this?

Most barrel manufacturers will install their barrels on your action.
