I think Dennis Smith's article in LYMAN Cast Bullet handbook is more meaningfukl and more full of KISS ethics

I add 1 lb magnum shot to my tin enhanced wheelweight metal (5 oz 67-33 solder per pot) and get bullets that survive up to 2000 fps 9SKS chrome bore) and 1252 fps (pistol loads in standard bbls) with no leading

There is enough arsenic in the magnum shot to permit any intermetallic lead-antimony-tin complexing desired for optimum hardness

Cast with water quench and no heat treat.
