Placed an order for a non cataloged three cavity mold on the 25th of July and it has arrived today!

The mold has now been cataloged as 46-400L. It's a LBT style LFNGC that will drop at 400gr.

Going to have some fun tomorrow!!

I was "window shopping" at Accurate Molds based on the popularity of them here.
I see where a fellow can order a mold with different boolits.
Sounds very appealing to me. Get a four holer with two different weights and designs.
Like say:
31-110L 110 grain. (Same as my pet load)
31-170B 170 grain. (For trains)

The idea of being able to cast favorite boolits with one block sounded nice.
Would that be a bad idea in reality?

Sonnypie, I own several combination moulds like that. In general it isn't the best idea and the reason is you always want more of one of the designs more than the other, but you are better off filling all cavities from a mould heat/casting ease standpoint. I would rather have two two-cavity moulds than one four with two different designs. It would be a little more expensive getting the extra mould but worth it in the long run for convenience.

Tom is way fast on delivery.
I ordered a mold on Sunday night and it arrived in the mail on Friday.
That is faster than most stores ship things when all they have to do is pull them off the shelf!

Big KUDOS to Tom and Accurate Molds!

+1 to what everyone has already said. I sent him an email for a new design on a Friday. The design was posted on Saturday, I placed the order the same day. I got the mold on Thursday. I don't think everyone is ording enough molds, he needs a back log. We need to keep him in busness. You can't top his quality
