bore butter attachment ?

i have been looking for the piece that goes on tube of bore butter (it looks like a T ) to lube up some home made 50 cal. T/C Maxie balls does any one know where to get one ? :confused:

Check with Thompson Center. You can buy directly from them if they still make it.

T/C stopped making them three years ago. As of last summer, Fox Ridge (T/C"s custom shop) had a few .45 and .54's left, but no more .50's. I think you could make one out of wood or lucite without too much trouble for the cost of a tap that matches the tube's threads. Or, if by some stroke of luck they still have any .45's, you could drill one out.
